Your continued use of the Site following any such change (whether or not you have reviewed such change) constitutes your acceptance to follow and be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
I-Imagine property
Reproduction or translation of any part of this material beyond that permitted by section 107 or 108 of the 1976 United States Copyright Act without the permission of the copyright owner is unlawful. This Site or any portion of this Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express permission of I-Imagine.

I-Imagine Visualization modules are designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. It is sold with the understanding that the author is not engaged in rendering medical advice. The I-Imagine Visualization Training modules are considered a guide and should not be used in any way detrimental to your health. The I-Imagine Visualization Training modules are not intended to diagnose or cure any mental or physical disorders. If you have concerns regarding your mental well-being, performance and the use of these program modules, then discontinue use and consult the appropriate medical professional to make sure the visualization exercises are right for you. Do not use these program modules while operating heavy machines or your vehicle. The information is believed to be accurate and current at the date the information was placed on this site / store. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of the Agreement. Information on this Site relating to products and services has been prepared in accordance with United States law for the supply of goods and services in United States only.
User Eligibility
If you are under 18, you should ask your parent or guardian to review this Agreement, to ensure you both understand the terms and conditions.
Service
You are able to access products via the Site which can be downloaded in digital form (“Digital Files”), subject to the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, software and communications equipment needed to access the Digital Files.
Terms of License
On payment of the purchase price for the I-Imagine Mobile App, I-Imagine grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download it onto a personal storage device e.g., MP3 player or Ipod that stores digital audio/visual files and plays them back for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You must not:
(a) communicate or distribute the Digital Files to a third party;
(b) modify or adapt the Digital Files;
(c) use the Digital Files in conjunction with any other third party content (e.g. to provide audio for a film);
(d) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Digital Files;
(e) attempt, or assist any other person, to circumvent, modify or disable any security technology or software that is used to administer the Site, including any Digital File copy protection; or
(f) reproduce the Digital Files other than as permitted under this Agreement, including for any commercial purpose.
Payment Terms
You are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your account by a third party. You must pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases including applicable taxes, and bank fees for any charges relating to your purchase like but not limited to currency exchange fees and international transaction and fees. All transactions are charged and settled in American Dollars ($USD).
Refunds and returns
All sales of Mobile App digital files are final.
